Kitchen Elements: Pasta
Hi Everyone,
Today I’m debuting a new series as part of my Conceptual Photography portfolio.
It’s called KITCHEN ELEMENTS, and the goal of this series will be to showcase elements commonly found in the kitchen,
but to then give each one a unique presentation.
This first piece, called “PASTA”, features a picture I took of said pasta with some strong lighting.
But I didn’t want a still life tableau. I wanted to imply motion in the piece – and then the idea came to me to turn it upside down.
My hope is to find aspects of different elements that lend themselves to various interpretations.
